Rob and his team did an amazing job helping us reclaim our yard space by trimmiing back outr massive 200 ft cedar hedge, perimeter cleanup and taking down 3 big dead pine trees! My call was answered immediately on a Saturday evening after a storm hit and a strong gust took down half a tree in our backyard. Someone (Rob) came promptly to our property to assess the damage and form a plan, as well as review the general health of the tree and offer suggestions. As I lived close by, he offered to come back with his chainsaw within an hour to get the job done and the ordeal past us. We deferred to the next day, and he came to take the fallen tree apart in sections and lengths to the general dimensions I requested so we could keep some of the wood for various projects, and he not only hauled away the rest, but raked up our yard to better than it was before! He also offered pruning strategy to help redistribute the weight of the tree, commented on various bacterial infections he saw which led to the weak section of the tree falling in the first place, and proceeded with my confirmation on limbs we approved to prune. Very respectful, very generous/neighbourly, very available and affordable. I would recommend to someone with a downed tree to deal with!

Three neighbours and ourselves had difficulties with poison Ivy. Rob met with all of us in turn to confirm the work beforehand. It was a challenging project especially with the Poison Ivy wrapped around our fences and Buckthorn trees interfering with sightlines. The team got to work early in the day and went at it vigorously and in detail. They removed three buckthorns and all the poison ivy. To ensure it doesn't grow back they applied vinegar based chemicals and covered the ground with landscape fabric to block the sun for a month. It looked very clean when finished. The whole job was handled in a professional and considerate way.

Had a very large branch from my 55 foot tree in my backyard peel off during the recent heavy rain storm. Rob answered his phone on my first call (Aug 1st long weekend), and was at my property within 1 hour during a torrential downpour. Rob assessed the situation, quoted me a fair price, and arranged for him and his crew to stop by the next morning for removal and clean up. Rob and his crew showed up promptly, on schedule, and completed the job with exceptional skill and quality. I could not tell they had even been in my backyard by the time they were done. Rob also removed a dead boxwood free of charge. I will be having Rob and his crew back in the autumn to assist with some further cleanup, and Tree Top will be my arborists moving forward. If you are looking for fantastic, safe, highly effective tree care/maintenance, or emergency hazard removal, Rob and team are who you need to call. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service! Rob runs a small crew, and takes the time to make sure each customer is satisfied. He even came by on a Sunday holiday to finish a project! Above and beyond. Good pick if you want a fair price and a local small company.

I have an very large old Pussy willow tree with large heavy branches sagging over sheds, fences, and wires.. Rob and his coworker are very professional team @ cutting & trimming back the unsafe & dead branches so less weight on the core to make it safer. They were punctual efficient and conscientious.. and cleaned up the downed tree parts nicely. The price was fair .. I was very impressed and pleased , I will hire them again and will recommend them to friends Thanks 😊

Rob cleaned up two trees in our backyard that were in bad shape. He asked me for my input and they now look healthier and are not draped over our cables. I was very happy with his work!
